RETURNS – REFUNDS, REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT POLICIES
At Delarah.com, we offer a 25 day no questions asked returns policy. If you aren’t satisfied with your order for whatever reason, you may return the jewelry back to us for a full refund.
However, please read carefully through the following conditions to ensure that your purchase is eligible for a return:
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Clearance items or Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. These sales are final.
- Any customized items where the gemstone, metal type, size and other features have been chosen according to your preference.
- Any personalized items with engravings.
- Items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way. These will be returned to you at your own expense.
- Items without their original tags.
- Items that were sent as replacements for any faulty or damaged items.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
If you would like to return your purchase, please note that the following conditions will apply:
- You must initiate the return process with us and receive an authorization for return. Any order sent without authorization will not be accepted.
- The item must be returned within 25 days from when you received the order. If the period exceeds 25 days, we will not be able to process the refund.
- Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, without any signs of wear and tear, or of being used. If the item is found to be damaged or altered in any way, it will not be accepted.
- If you received any promotional products or gifts along with the original purchase, these should be returned with the original item as well. These should also be in their original condition with no signs of usage, wear, damage or alteration.
- Please do not return the item to the address on your package as that is not our return address. You will receive the correct return address with the authorization for the return.
STEPS TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
If you need to return your item to us, please contact us and we will initiate the returns process.
REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS
If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or the wrong item, we will replace it or repair it as required free of charge. You will have to send in the item to us at your own cost, but we will reimburse the shipping cost to you once we receive the item and deem that the fault is a manufacturing defect or that we sent out the wrong item to you.
Please note that free return shipping only applies to products with:
- Manufacturing defects sent out to you by us
- Incorrect items sent out to you by us
Free return shipping is not for change of mind items.
If you require a replacement, please bear in mind that we may not always have the replacement item in stock. If this is the case, there may be delays while the item is being restocked. We will keep you updated throughout the process and ensure that you’re satisfied with the outcome. Your satisfaction is our highest priority and we do our utmost to make sure that everything is being done to resolve any issues.
